Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold will not face any disciplinary action this week.
The defender admitted that he celebrated a goal against Manchester City in front of the City supporters on purpose.
While such behavior is normally punished by the Football Association, they are not going to pursue the matter.
He had stated post-game: “It’s always good to celebrate in front of away fans. Seeing all of the faces is really funny.”
However, The Mirror and other sources have stated that no action will be taking place.
Alexander-Arnold should not expect a fine and most certainly not a suspension either.
