Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski recently spoke out about the rumored changes that were speculated to be taking place during their bye week. In a press conference on Tuesday, Stefanski addressed the rumors head-on, stating that while the team was indeed using the bye week to evaluate their performance and make adjustments, there were no major changes planned at this time.
“Obviously, we’re always looking to improve and make adjustments where necessary,” Stefanski said. “But I want to be clear that there’s no big shake-up or anything like that happening during this bye week. We’re just taking the time to reflect on what we’ve done so far this season and figure out how we can be better moving forward.”
Stefanski’s comments come after several reports suggested that the Browns were considering significant changes to their coaching staff and roster during the bye week, following a disappointing 4-4 start to the season. However, it seems that Stefanski and his team are confident in their ability to turn things around without resorting to drastic measures.
“We have a lot of faith in this group of players and coaches,” Stefanski added. “We know that we have the talent and the drive to succeed, and we’re going to keep working hard to make that happen.”
With the Browns set to face the New England Patriots in Week 10, fans will be eagerly watching to see if the team can bounce back from their recent struggles and continue their quest for a playoff spot.
