Following the game, Cleveland’s right guard Wyatt Teller’s wife Carly shared her experience at Acrisure Stadium during Sunday’s game.
“The fans in Pittsburgh today were so blatantly disrespectful to me and the Browns girls. I’ve never felt so attacked by people who I literally did nothing to. Very sad/embarrassing behavior,” she said, via X.

Going into opponent territory as a fan can always be a bit volatile, as you’re surrounded by the opposite fanbase. This happens at every stadium in sports and it is not excluded to just the Steelers. Surely, there are Steelers fans who have stories from their time at a game in Cleveland that didn’t go so well.
The Steelers and Browns have a long history of hating each other on the field and we see that come out nearly every time they play each other. To no surprise, the fans pick up on that as well.
Carly’s X post garnered a lot of attention and had over 650,000 views at the time of this posting. So, her story has definitely gotten out there. Wyatt’s wife has been well accepted in the Browns community and has often been active on social media with fans, as well as sending out yearly Christmas cards to anyone who wants one from their family.
It is unfortunate that the Teller family had to deal with this, but it is the reality of going into opponent territory at times. Cleveland and Pittsburgh split their season series with a win-a-piece, so they will not be seeing each other again this season
