NFL Opens Investigation Into Alleged Assault on Kevin Stefanski During Browns’ Loss to Kansas City Chiefs

The NFL has launched an investigation into reports of an alleged assault on Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski following the team’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The incident reportedly occurred during a heated post-game confrontation in the stadium’s tunnel.

Witnesses claim Stefanski was involved in an altercation with an unidentified individual who may be affiliated with the Chiefs’ staff or a fan. The alleged incident has sparked widespread concern, prompting the league to take immediate action. “We are aware of the reports and are actively investigating the matter to ensure the safety and integrity of everyone involved,” an NFL spokesperson said.

The Browns organization expressed their support for Stefanski, describing the alleged assault as “unacceptable and deeply troubling.” A formal statement from Stefanski himself is expected in the coming days.

The Chiefs have not commented publicly but are reportedly cooperating with the investigation. Security footage from the stadium and witness accounts are being reviewed to clarify the circumstances surrounding the event.

The NFL has vowed to hold all parties accountable if any misconduct is confirmed. Further updates are anticipated as the investigation progresses.
