39-year-old man dead in New Hampshire skiing accident

New Hampshire: A 39-year-old man tragically lost his life following a skiing accident at a popular New Hampshire resort on Monday afternoon.

According to local authorities, the incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the Cannon Mountain Ski Area in Franconia. Witnesses reported that the skier lost control while descending one of the more advanced trails and struck a tree. Ski patrol responded immediately and provided first aid on-site before transporting the man down the mountain.

He was later pronounced dead at a nearby medical facility. The man’s identity has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin.
