According to court documents filed Monday, Brooks\u2019 estranged partner, Marissa Coleman, is suing for increased monthly child allowance, claiming the rising athlete has failed to meet his financial responsibilities since securing multiple NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coleman alleges that despite Brooks’ recent endorsements with major brands totaling over $500,000, she has received “minimal and inconsistent support” for their 2-year-old son. \u201cHe\u2019s living like a celebrity while our child\u2019s needs are being sidelined,\u201d she stated in a filing with Fayette County Family Court.<\/strong><\/p>\n
