The Kentucky Wildcats may have to wait a little longer to welcome one of their most anticipated recruits.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Five-star freshman Jalen Thompson, a 6-foot-7 forward out of Los Angeles, has been invited to participate in the upcoming tryouts for the USA Basketball U19 National Team. The training camp, which will take place in Colorado Springs later this month, could delay Thompson\u2019s arrival in Lexington as the Wildcats prepare for summer workouts.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Thompson, ranked No. 8 overall in the Class of 2025 by ESPN, is expected to play a key role in John Calipari\u2019s squad this season.
